On Sunday March 22, 2020, The Purple Cat Morley Theater in Downtown Youngstown will feature Whitman and Brass at 2:00 pm courtesy of LIT YOUNGSTOWN.  The Purple Cat is proud to support LIT YOUNGSTOWN and its mission to promote writing, poetry, and all art in our community.  See you there!

On 11/26/19, Walter, Ajit, Eric, and Jimmy took Detroit “Rock” City by storm.  The boys stayed at the Crowne Plaza Downtown and visited Greektown.  They swam, ate tremendous BBQ (Redbone), toured the Motown Museum, shopped, and sang “My Girl” in the same room as the Temptations.  Rock On!

In August 2018, for Walter Mootz’s birthday, a group from ISLE and Golden String Inc. visited Memphis for music and camaraderie. The group visited Graceland, Sun Records, and Stax Records.
